We understand that the size of the product can be an issue, and we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Our rider will deliver the new pair of shoes on the same time will pick up the old one from your doorstep. The exchange process take 4 to 5 working days after the date of request by customer.(rider will charge Rs.200/- in case of exchange*Any article purchased can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
*The exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags/labels attached to it.
*In case of minor defects or damages during delivery Fitrite footwear can offer discount only rather than exchange
